ALEX & ANDREW

Very strangely I’d actually been to the venue of Alex and Andrews wedding about 25 years ago, with my dad to buy some sheep from Alex’s dad, Wallace. What are the chances ey? I’d recognised Alex’s surname when she first set through her enquiry and new her sister, Fiona through the farming world.

What I wasn’t expecting when I turned up in the morning was the biggest Tipi i have ever seen at a wedding ….. it was cavernous inside - perfect for the day and created the best atmosphere for the evening, add to this a helicopter to get them from the church back to the venue and a 30 piece silver band, it was quite the day.

Alex and Andrew were super relaxed and friendly despite having managed to pull off such a spectacular day, we were even blessed with the most unseasonal October sunshine, which added that extra bit of glow to everything and some amazing light in the church. Massive thanks to Katie again for keeping the day running smoothly.

There was some debate about exactly how many evening guests there were going to be, but there were a lot! There must have been 300 people in the tipi by the time I left and it was absolutely buzzing!

Thanks for having me Alex and Andrew x
