PHILIP & CIARA

First wedding of the season for me and I couldn’t have wished for a better start. Philip and Ciara were such a great couple to work with; relaxed, fun and welcoming.

Phil is Dutch and Ciara English and there were some lovely touches around nodding to that, bowler hats, clogs (of course!) and the Dutch word for love “liefde” above the cake.

I love shooting at the Bell in Ticehurst so many different spaces … the confetti walk on a table, those gardens and the array of stuffed animals. I’m sure the upside down pheasant is new!? and also some fantastic light for such an old building. They’ve got some great plans for adding new bits so check them out if this seems like your vibe.

Also big shout out to the flower alchemist who did an amazing job with those blooms.

Shots during speeches got the party started and it kept going right through the night. Thanks for having me P&C, it was an awesome day!
