TIM & CARLY

The Bingham Hotel . London Wedding Photographer

Tim and Carly hinted from the outset that their wedding was going to be a bit unique. As well as getting ready together on the big day, they wanted to greet their guests rather than walk down an aisle. There was no cake-cutting, no first dance, and the ladies (some of Carly's best friends) led the way on speeches.

I love couples who throw convention out the window and celebrate their wedding day the way they want to. Tim and Carly wanted an intimate, chilled out day followed by a kick-arse party, and they nailed it.

The Bingham Hotel made a perfect venue on the bank of the River Thames. the day started with a humanist ceremony in glorious sunshine, then in typical english fashion the heavens opened but just in time for food and speeches, and the best way to finish off any party? The groom getting on the decks and filling the dance floor. obviously. Here's the highlights x
